Chef Jorge from Miso Hungry Restaurant in Driggs, Idaho will once again delight locals and visitors alike with a delicious, freshly prepared 5 course meal of extravagant Mexican delicacies! Seating is limited to 30 and we do hope you will join us.

The Fox Creek Inn can provide lodging for 4 couples in a luxurious setting on the Creek with amenities such as a full breakfast the next morning, Great room with wood burning fireplace, WIFI access, Jacuzzi outdoor hot tub, and Bergmeyer custom made Alder furniture. Dinner Menu

Salad: Nopal Salad served with cactus, fresh tomatoes, onions, radishes, cilantro and queso fresco. Accompanied with Guacomole and Margaritas.

Appetizer: Seafood Ceviche – Shrimp, scallops, and rockfish ceviche served with fried plantain, homemade tortilla chips and salsa, and a white sangria. Followed by a Pina Colada sorbet.

Entree: Not One Entrée, but Two!! Puebla Chicken in a Mole Sauce – cooked in a tantalizing array of spices, chocolate and cinnamon, and served with white or red sangria. Pork Loin Stew in a Green Tomatillo, Jalepeno, and Cilantro Sauce. With Arroz (Rice) Mexicana and Homemade Frijoles Refritos (Refried Pinto Beans). Accompanied with a white or red Sangria.

Dessert: Traditional Flan served with Fresh Fruit and Guyava Sorbet.

The cost for this event with lodging is $ 100.00 per person (based on 2 sharing a room) with breakfast offered the next morning. Cost of dinner only is $ 50.00 per person and includes margaritas and white or red sangria, and a 5 course meal.
