Please join us for a very special Valentine’s Day event at Fox Creek Inn on Sunday, February 14th in Victor, Idaho.

Chef Jorge of Miso Hungry Restaurant in Driggs will present "Authentic Flavors of Mexico", during a multi-course intimate gathering paired with wine.

Appetizers - Sopes

Hand Rolled Mini Corn Tortillas topped with shredded lettuce, avocado, queso fresco and jalapeno-tomatillo sauce

Sopa (Soup)

Poblano Pepper Corn chowder

Main Course

Red Snapper baked in plantain leaves with epazote, garlic, red onion, and jalapeno.
Chicken Thighs served in Mole Negro (This is a rich mole from Oaxaca).
Nopal (cactus) salad

Dessert

Papaya coconut custard with fresh mint

Divorciado - Huevos Rancheros with a red and green sauce

We are consulting with the wine sommelier on our wine choices – white or red wine will be offered with each course. We will also offer a vegetarian dinner alternative.
